  3. Transfer prepared potatoes in a pan, add 4 cups of water and boil it nicely for half an hour on a high flame. After boiling, it should look bit thick and smells aeromatic.
  4. Let’s move on preparing the tempering. Take oil in a pan, make it hot and then add cumin seeds when the seeds begin to crackle, add dry red chilli and transfer this Tadka into the thick gravy potatoes that we we prepared in the above step.
