- In a bowl mix milk powder sugar and 2 tbsp milk, keep aside
- Make bread crumb with fresh bread slices by grinding in a mixi
- Boil milk for 10 minutes by continuous stirring
- Add milk powder paste and bread crumbs and let it boil till thick
- Add cardamom powder let it cool
- Now blend the mixture in a blender
- Pour in any air tight container or kulfi mould and keep in freezer for 2 hours
- After 2 hours take out the semi set kulfi and again churn it in a blender
- Pour in the container sprinkle chopped nuts
- Cover with foil then close the lid
- Let it set for 4- 5 hours in the freezer
- Scoop out in an icecream cup and enjoy homemade kulfi
- If the top of the container is first covered with foil then with lid it helps the kulfi become ice crystal free
- If using condensed milk, it can be added when adding milkpwd sugar solution in the boiling milk
- Can add 1 cup mango pulp, strawberry crush or 1/4 cup ruhafza too in it for variations
