  2. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add mashed potatoes. Fry in a medium flame till light golden colour and take, then add sugar. Stir continuously.
  3. Fry 5 to 6 min slow flame. - Garnish grated coconut. Elaichi powder.
  4. Dry Fruit mix of your choice. (Optional hai)
