It is a combo of tasty fried potatoes and flavour of Achaari masala. Steps to make Aloo Achari:
  1. Take half kg Baby Potatoes wash it then boil it in a pressure cooker for till 2 Whistle then peel them off and keep aside.
  2. Now Take a Kadhai add oil for Deep fry all Baby Potatoes on medium to high flame and keep aside.
  3. Now Take a Kadhai add any Cooking Oil then add Whole Kashmiri Dry Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder then add Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon, Kalaunji 1/2 Spoon, Mustard Seeds 1 Spoon heat for 2 min.
  4. Then add All Baby Potatoes fry for 2 min then mix all the Masala Crushed Coriander Seeds, Ginger Powder, Mustard Seeds Powder, Asafoetida, fennel Seeds Powder, Fenugreek Powder 1 Spoon,Red Chilli Powder,Dry Mango Powder, Cumin Powder mix well then lastly add Sugar half Spoon, Black Salt and Salt as Required heat for 2 min.
  5. Afterwards add 1 Cup Water, Cover the lid and cook for 2 min.After the water is burn Serve it hot.
