  1. Make ready 2 Mangoes
  2. Get 1 liter full cream milk
  3. Prepare 150 gram sugar

Steps to make Mango Kulfi:
  1. Boil the milk untill it is 1/3 in quantity.
  2. Meanwhile we will chop the cashews and Pistachios.
  3. Peel the mangoes and add sugar and make a fine paste.
  4. Finely chop half mango.
  5. Mix the chopped DryFruits, mango paste and chopped mango. Keep aside little bit mangoes and dryfruits.
  6. Transfer in a container and garnish with chopped mango and dryfruits. Keep in freezer for 7-8 hours.
  7. After 7-8 hours cut in to pieces and serve chilled
