  5. Now once the potatoes and capsicum are cooked properly,add tomatoes.Let the tomatoes cooked well and soft.Mix it all nicely.Cover the kadhai.Let the juicy tomatoes get cooked well and mixed nicely.Stir and check in between.
  6. Once it's done switch off the heat. Cover the kadhai and let it be for 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Transfer the sabzi in serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
