  15. Prepare 2.5 tbsp Prepared Paan Masala
  16. Take as needed Some finely thin sliced Badam and Pista
Instructions to make Paan Kulfi:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients listed for Paan Masala and coarsely grind in mixer grinder. This paan masala can also be stored in an airtight container in freezer and used when required. This prepared paan masala can also be used to make paan milkshake.
  2. Mix milk and milk powder. Bring it to boil. Lower the flame and boil further for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame. Add prepared paan masala and gulkand. Mix well and keep aside to cool down completely.
  3. Whip the cream till stiff peak appears. Add prepared milk paan masala mixture. Again whip for sometime. Add some finely sliced pista and badam. Mix well. Pour the mixture in kulfi mould. Keep in freezer to set for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Pour some mixture in small bowls. Top with sliced pista and badam and keep in freezer to set for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
