  6. Now add salt, mashed potatoes n mix well. Keep aside to cool.
  7. Make four balls of dough n divide potatoes mixture in 4 portion n make balls of it to. Now roll dough to make small circle n put potatoes mixture on it, gather circle to make stuffed ball.
  8. Now roll stuffed ball to make circle of 6-7 inches. Now heat tava put paratha on it n cook on both sides n fry them using oil.
  9. Serve hot with butter, mango pickle n curd.
