Steps to make Aloo palak paratha:
- Mix wheatflour, salt,oil and spinach leaves and add little water and knead a dough.
- Take a kadai add oil, when hot add carom seeds(crush it between palms). Add asafoetida and crushed cumin seeds and saute well.
- Add in ginger,garlic,greenchillipaste and saute. Add in amchur powder.
- Add garam masala and saute well. Add spinach leaves and mix well.
- Add boiled mashed potatoes. mix everything well. Add sabji masala and give a nice mix till everything well mixed.
- Make balls out of dough and glatten a ball and keep one masala ball in between. close the sides and seal it.
- Prepare all balls the same way. Dust flour on the rolling board and roll the paratha.
- Roll it little thick. Heat a tawa and apply some ghee and pit the paratha on it. Flip other side and cook.
- When it has golden spots and puffs up apply ghee on both sides and take out. similarly cook all.
- When done enjoy with achar and spiced curd.
