- Get 4-6 red bird eye chillis
- Take 1 stalk lemongrass - finely sliced
- Make ready 3 cloves garlic
- Make ready 2 tbsp cashews
- Prepare 1 tsp lime juice
- Prepare 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- Make ready 3 cups veggie broth or water
- Take 1 can coconut milk about 1.5 cups and can add some more water if needed
- Take 1 lime - cut in wedges
