  3. Take pressure cooker, add 2 tbsp of oil, mustard seeds, let it crackle add hing add stuffed potatoes and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add brinjal stuffed. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add leftover masala to sabji and add half a glass of water.Now cook it for 2 whistles and it's ready now add 1 tsp garam masala and cook for 2 minutes on slow flame and you can adjust gravy consistency as per choice. Serve if with Roti or Rice.
