  18. Take 4 cloves
  19. Make ready 1-2 bay leaves
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp Oil

  22. Take 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  23. Prepare 3-4 tbsp cream
  24. Take As required Oil when needed

  5. Then add tomatoes and saute until they turn soft.
  6. Cool them completely, do not blend it hot, now add them to blender and make a fine puree/ paste.
  7. Now heat a pan and add jeera, asaefaeda, turmeric, tomato puree saute for a min or until the raw smell goes away
  8. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala. Do not over burn
  9. You can add all the dry ingredients into the pure and then transfer it to oil, cover it with lid and cook for 3 min stir occasionally.
  10. Now add water as per you need and cook covered until the gravy thickens and traces of oil are seen.
  11. Now add kasuri methi and check salt and spice.
  12. Lower the flame, pour cream and mix well.
  13. Add koftas Just before serving otherwise they will not remain crispy
  14. Garnish with some coriander leaves or cream to give it a final touch and your recipe is ready
