Most Adobo are tangy and garlicky but this version is slightly sweet by using an pineapple tidbits addition. To cook chicken and pork adobo in coconut milk; Cut pork and chicken into small serving pieces. Put in pan and add all ingredients except coconut milk. Add broth again, cover and boil.
