- In a pan take 3 tbsp of oil. Heat it. Add 8 cashew nuts. Fry, it then takes it out of the pan.

- Take a karahi add oil heat it over a medium flame. Fry all the koftas untill golden brown in colour.
- Now in a pan add some butter and oil. Heat it. Add onion mixture in it. Add water. Then add garam masala powder, kasuri methi, coriander leaves. Cook the grevy for five minutes.
- In a serving plate place the koftas and pour the curry over koftas. Garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle cream over it.
- Serve it with jeera rice.
