- 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1/2 tbsp black pepper dal kar mix karein

- Oil me shallow fry karein
- Golden colour ka fry kr lein
- Gravy ke liye 3 medium onion, 1/2 garlic 1 tbsp Ginger kush 3 tomatoes lein
- 1 cup pani me dal dein. 2 mint whistle dein
- Chopper mein paste bana lein
- 3 big handi spoon oil karahi mein dalein
- Chopped Kia Hua paste dal dein
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp dhania powder dal kar mix karein
- Thora sa bhoun Jaye to 1/2 glass pani dal dein or Itna bhouny ke masala ban Jaye, oil alg nzr any lgy or khushbu b any lgy.
- Fry kofty dal dein
- Mix karein
- 2 & 1/2 glass pani dal dein
- 1 green chilli dal dein. 20 mint dum mein cook karein
