  1. Take 1 8 oz box manicotti noodles
  2. Make ready 1 15 oz container ricotta cheese
  3. Get 2 cup shredded mozzarella or italian blend cheese
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  5. Make ready 1 egg
  6. Make ready 4 cup chili - more or a bit less would be fine
  7. Make ready 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps to make Chili Manicotti:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and follow the directions on the box to prepare the manicotti noodles
  2. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg.
  3. Layer 2 cups chili on the bottom of a 9x13 pan (I sprayed mine with cooking spray first)
  4. Stuff manicotti noodles with ricotta cheese mix and place in pan on top of the chili layer
  5. Top the stuffed manicotti noodles with remaining 2 or 3 cups of chili
  6. Place tin foil on top of the pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
  7. Remove pan. Remove tin foil. Top the manicotti with cheddar. Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
