- In the same pan. Add little oil. Fry onion. When it turns into golden brown. Add a little turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and then tomato puree. Cook for a few minutes. Mix ground cashew, poppy with 1/2 cup fresh cream to this. Pour enough water and cook until thick. Once it is done.
- Arrange the koftas in the serving dish. Pour the hot gravy on top of the koftas. Ready to serve with hot chapatis or garlic nan
