- In a mixing bowl beat beat the eggs.. Add sugar and mix well till the sugar dissolves..
- Slowly add the milk and add vanilla essence beat well till the mixture is fluffy..
- For caramel.. In a pan add sugar and water and boil till the sugar caramalises
- Grease a pudding Tin… add the caramel.. Spill it all over.. Add the egg mixture..
- In pressure cooker add water put a stand and place the pudding tin on it close the lid and put it on a slow flame.. Cook for 15mins
- Put out the flame and keep for another 5mins.. Take out on a plate.. Put it in a freezer to cool dwn
Before baking the Leche Flan, place the moulds on a larger baking pan half filled with very hot water. To serve: run a thin knife around the edges of the mould to loosen the Leche Flan.
