Steps to make Cremè flan:
  1. Mix the egg yolk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese together until it smooth and add the vanilla essense
  2. Pour 1 tsp sugar in a cup with 1 tsp of water to make the caramel. put it on the microwave 2:30 seconds
  3. Pour the cremè flan in the caramel cup and put it into a tray with water and cover with alumunium foil and ready to bain marie in the oven 200 celcius for 55 minutes
  4. Once its done, cool it down in the room temperature and chilled in the fridge for about 1-2 hours before serve
