  4. Spread out the dough on the baking tray and poke the dough with your fingers. Then, pour the mix from step 3 on top of the dough. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, add the olives and rosemary (optional). Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  6. Bake the dough for 15-20 minutes at 200°C until ready.
