- Add quarterd potatoes.mix. Add dahi mix with spices.mix & let it cook till chicken & potato are soft. No need to add water.timatar +dahi ka pani main hi chicken gal jyegi.
- Aloo bukhary bhi add krdain.optianal hy.kum ya ziada apni marzi sy.chicken +aloo tender hojye aur gravy bhun jaye tu 2-3 harimirchain cut kar ky add krdain.
- Rice ko wash kar ky soak krdain.apny rice type ky accordingly.dosry pateely main rice boil ky lye pani garam krain.salt+vinegar add krdain.pani main ubal eye tu rice+hrimirch add krdain
- Rice aik kani ky boil krain.full boil nahi krny.strain krlai
- Chicken gravy sy thoora oil nikal kar rice waly pot main add krdain. Neechay rice ki teh lagain.rice ky upar masaly ki teh lagain.
- Last teh rice ki lagain.uper sy chop harimirchain add krdain.zardy ka colour pani ya milk main mix krky rice ky upar sprinkle krdain.
- 1-2 tbsp fried onion sprinkle kar ky dum py rakh dain.main pot lid ko newspaper main wrap kar ky cloth main wrap krti houn.upar sy koi heavy item rakhti hoon so that steam achi bany.
- 5-8 min tez anch py dum py rakhain.phir jab side sy steam niklty nazar eye tu flame slow krdain. Mix krlain.
- Aik side sy dish out krain.jitni dishout karni ho utni he teh mix krain.iss tarha sy steam ander rehti hy & rice ziada dair tak garam rehty hain.
